Crown Paradise Club Cancun Hotel, Cancun

We had an amazing family vacation overall! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Rubicel in the buffet restaurant, which made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were nicely upgraded, but we were disappointed that they weren't all in the same tower. The food in the buffet was great, but the a la carte options fell a bit short. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but some organization could have improved the experience.

Our stay at the resort was filled with family fun, especially thanks to the great activities for kids. The room situation, including leaks and noise disturbances, could have been handled better, but after being moved, things did improve significantly. The food options were decent but not extraordinary, and while the adult pool was amazing, the noise from the nightclub was quite bothersome, especially at night. Overall, we had a great time, particularly with the kids' programming, but I hope for a smoother experience on our next visit.
